We live today in a Culture of Death. Life no longer means anything. It's all about the selfishness of "Choice" the newest of the Deadly Sins.

To say that "I'm personally against abortion but it's okay if someone else want to do it." is apathetic - lukewarm. 

I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other!   So, because you are lukewarm--neither hot nor cold--I am about to spit you out of my mouth. (Rev 3:15-16)

People have forgotten the purpose of Life:

To know, love, and serve God in this world
So that we can be with Him in the next.

It just doesn't get any simpler than that. But people have forgotten this basic precept. They have been indoctrinated with "Just Do It", "It's MY Body", "It's okay as long as I don't hurt anybody." (which, BTW, is the philosophy of the Wicca.)

Abortion isn't the only Life issue. "Choice" has other ugly names: Contraception, Euthanasia, Homosexuality, and the latest: Cloning and Stem Cell Research.

Unless we educate ourselves and our children about the Sacredness of Life and about God, the Creator of ALL Life, we are truly doomed.
