We are ending our 5th year of homeschooling. It's been the greatest experience of family life that I could ever have imagined! Homeschooling is NOT a method of sheltering our children from the ills of society. Homeschooling empowers the family to raise its children to become strong, independent, moral, intelligent members of society without brainwashing them with anti-Christian mores that have become the social norms.
We approach education in a 'classical' manner, following the Trivium and using the Ignatian methodology. For more information on this form of education, read "Lost Tools of Learning" by Dorothy Sayers
