50% Auto-Ship Discount for Dealers An Auto-Ship dealer is one who automatically receives one or more molds of his/her choice each month. As long as you remain a dealer in good standing, you will be entitled to a 50% Discount on every monthly mold purchase from Petro Mold Company.* Monthly mold selections need to have a combined retail value exceeding $50.00 ($25.00 wholesale). Annual dealer purchases must exceed $300 wholesale ($600 retail). In order to become an Autoship dealer, one needs to either purchase a minimum of 3 building molds or any combination of molds that exceeds $150.00 after all applicable discounts. All village specials qualify for minimum building purchase. Becoming a Distributor To become a 50% off MOLD DISTRIBUTOR with Petro Mold Co. you must make a minimum initial purchase of $1,000 retail (your cost is $500.00). You will then need to satisfy a minimum annual purchase amount of $500 in product ($1,000 retail). As a distributor, you have rights to all new mold sales in your territory. Existing "Dealers" that purchase directly from us are grandfathered. Territories will be established on a case-by-case basis depending on your state or province population. We will not deal direct to anyone new within a distributor’s area. All subsequent phone calls and inquiries will be directed to the distributor for pricing, etc.

Prices
and discount policies are subject to change without notice. Dealers and
distributors in Pennsylvania must have full sales tax documentation on file with us. Those without are subject to sales tax. Dealers are
fully responsible for sales made to their customers, as well as payments and
sales tax. We are not responsible for canceled, or NSF checks from
your customers, nor are we responsible for charge backs from credit cards or
additional fees that may be assessed from your bank, or the bank of your
customers. Petro Molds will replace any mold, or product damaged in
shipping, but a damage claim must be filed with us within 5 days of delivery.
Molds that are returned to us, for any reason other than shipping damage, may be subject to a 10%
restocking fee. All orders must be paid in full within 30 days of the invoice
date. Refused deliveries may be subject to processing fees unless other arrangements have been made.
All returned merchandise must be in resalable condition. All returns must have prior authorization from us.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items unless other arrangements
have been made. Although our molds are of superior quality, we do not offer or
imply any warranties for misuse, abuse, mishandling or production life, nor do we accept
liability for, but not limited to, personal injury, illness, production limits,
manufacturing speed, or any other situation arising from the use of our molds.
The end user is solely responsible for determining the suitability for use of
our products. Now our attorney is happy. |
