50% Discount for Dealers Becoming a Dealer with Petro Mold Company gives you the unique opportunity to have all of the privileges of a Distributor without the mandatory quantity requirements. As a Dealer, you will receive the molds you select monthly, quarterly, or annually, and receive a full 50% off of the suggested retail price.* Molds can be shipped or picked up at shows we attend. A minimum yearly purchase amount of $600 retail ($300 wholesale) must be met to remain a dealer. As long as you remain a Dealer in good standing and have met your annual commitment, all molds you purchase from Petro Mold Company will qualify for the 50% discount. Prices and discount policies are subject to
change without notice. Dealers and distributors in Pennsylvania must have full
sales tax documentation on file with us. Those without a sales tax license are
subject to 6% PA sales tax. Dealers are fully responsible for sales made
to their customers, as well as payments and sales tax. We are not
responsible for canceled, or NSF checks from your customers, nor are we
responsible for charge backs from credit cards or additional fees that may be
assessed from your bank, or the bank of your customers. Petro Molds will
replace any mold, or product damaged in shipping, but a damage claim must be
filed with us within 5 days of delivery. Molds that are
returned to us, for any reason other than shipping damage, may be subject to a
10% restocking fee. All orders must be paid in full within 30 days of the
invoice date. Refused deliveries may be subject to processing fees unless other
arrangements have been made. All returned merchandise must be in resalable
condition. All returns must have prior authorization from us. Customer is
responsible for all shipping charges on returned items unless other arrangements
have been made. Although our molds are of superior quality, we do not offer or
imply any warranties for misuse, abuse, mishandling or production life, nor do
we accept liability for, but not limited to, personal injury, illness,
production limits, manufacturing speed, or any other situation arising from the
use of our molds. The end user is solely responsible for determining the
suitability for use of our products. |
