1.      Begin with properly cleaned and fired 04-06 bisque.  Thin SS-135 White with 1/3 water.  Using a soft brush, base coat the entire piece, making sure to get into all cracks and crevices.  When dry, apply a second coat of full strength color.  Antique the entire piece with TL-113 Hyacinth Blue.  Use a soft cloth dampened with AC-520 Solvent to wipe back highlights.  Spray with AC-516 Porcelain Mist.

2.      Apply TL-105 Sable to the bricks on the building.  Gently wipe back some highlights.  Spray and allow to dry.  In a random pattern, paint the bricks with SS-183 Rich Peach, SS-194 Medium Taupe, SS-212 Light Umber, SS-237 Dark Brown, SS-356 Wedgewood Blue and SS-373 Brick Red.  Spray and allow to dry.

3.      Apply TL-108 Ginger Oak to the stones on the foundation.  In a random pattern, paint the stones with SS-130 Medium Gray, SS-373 Brick Red, SS-356 Wedgewood Blue and SS-212 Light Umber.  Spray and allow to dry.

4.      Paint the flat part of the roof with SS-137 Jet Black.

5.      Apply TL-004 Black to the corners and stone ledge.  Gently wipe back and allow to dry.  Dry brush with SS-135 White to desired effect.

6.      Paint the columns, front fascia and the parapet with SS-113 White Iridescent Pearl.  When dry, dip a natural sea sponge in SS-417 Black Pearl and stamp a random pattern on the columns and parapet to resemble marble.  Use TL-004 Black on the front fascia and wipe back, leaving black in the cracks and crevices.

7.      Paint the word “BANK” with SS-137 Jet Black.  Spray and allow to dry.

8.      Paint the window panes with SS-375 Ivory Tusk.  Paint the valances over the windows with SS-130 Medium Gray. 

9.      Paint the door with SS-373 Brick Red.  Paint the door knobs with SS-87 Emperors Gold.

10.  Apply TL-134 Black Forest to the grass.  Gently wipe back some highlights.  Use TL-125 Sunflower and TL-126 Tangelo to add some additional highlights.  Spray and allow to dry.
