INSTRUCTIONS for the novice:

1.  To Read:  Just click the News above for the newsletter that you want to read.  Enjoy!

2.  To Print:   Just go to your FILE and select PRINT.  The longest is 35 pages.

3.  To Save a copy:  If you want to keep a copy of the newsletter, highlight the entire newsletter, select SAVE and leave the web site.  Later, on your computer, select FILE, then NEW, give the file a name, select EDIT, then PASTE.  The entire newsletter will be on your computer.   Then hit SAVE.  Actually it is much easier than it sounds.

4.  To Save a photo:  See a nice photo that you would like to download to your favorite high school photos file?   Easy!!!  Follow these steps:

a.  Put the cursor arrow in the middle of the photo you want.

b.  Right click the mouse.

c. Select "SAVE PICTURE AS..."

d. A drop down box appears that reads: SAVE PICTURE at the top.

e. Near the top of the box it reads "Save in..." (often says Windows)

f.  Click the down arrow.

g. Select HARD DRIVE (C:)

h. Select where you want to put the photo (some people put it in "My Doc")

i.  Select My Doc, if that is where you want to put the photo.

j.  Select SAVE and the photo is now in your "My Doc" file.

If you want to have a file that is just for EHS photos, make a file called "EHS Photos" for your favorite photos.

You can download any of the pictures on this web site, including News and TRIVIA, and put them in your
"photo album".  All of the pictures have .tif and .jpg extensions which are basically universal and provide excellent quality.
